DELIVERY:
Orders are baked and dispatched once a week on Thursdays.
Please allow 1–2 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
If ordering as a gift, enter recipients address as the delivery address.
Ordering in advance ensures your box arrives perfectly fresh.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Teabags - Store in a cool dry place away from strong light and odours
Sugar Cookies with lace fondant - Keep in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container for 3–4 days
Red Velvet Cakesicles - Keep in a cool, dry place; avoid heat to protect chocolate coating for 3–4 days
Creamy Vanilla Fudge Squares - Keep in a cool, dry place, ideally airtight; can refrigerate to extend 7–10 days
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Sweet Moments Treat Boxes are classed as perishable goods and are freshly prepared.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for a change of mind, delayed delivery, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the parcel.
If your order arrives damaged or with quality concerns, please email photographic evidence to enquiries@beezcakes.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt so I can review your case. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Taste preference is subjective, so in the exceptional circumstance that products are “not liked,” this will not be considered a reason for a refund.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by emailing enquiries@beezcakes.co.uk. Once your box has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
