How Your 1:1 Session Works
01 - TELL ME WHERE YOU ARE
Complete a short pre-session questionnaire so I can understand where you are, what you're finding difficult and what you'd most like help with.
02 - WE WORK THROUGH IT TOGETHER
We'll spend 75 minutes together on Zoom, focused on your questions, challenges and what will make the biggest difference to you.
You'll receive the recording of our session, a personalised action plan and any relevant resources I've recommended for you.
03 - LEAVE WITH A CLEAR PLAN
Around two weeks later, I'll check in by email to see how you're getting on once you've had time to put your next steps into practice.

I've built my cake skills and my business one step at a time - and I know how easy it is to second-guess yourself along the way.
Through building Beez Cakes and specialising in elegant wedding cakes, I've learned much more than how to make a beautiful cake. I've learned how to price my work, work with customers, manage orders, develop my own processes and build a business that works around my life.
That's the experience I bring to our 1:1 sessions. I'm not here to give you a generic formula or tell you there's only one way to do things. I'll help you look at where you are now, what you're trying to achieve and what makes sense for your next step.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you book. That's part of what the session is for. We'll look at where you are now and work out what would be most useful for you to focus on next.

That's completely fine. You don't have to be running a cake business to book a session. You might simply want to improve your cake-making skills and feel more confident in what you're doing.

That's okay too. Your pre-session questionnaire will help me understand what's been happening, what you're finding difficult and where you'd like to get to. We can work out what needs your attention from there.

You don't have to be at the beginning. If you're already taking orders, we can use your session to work through something specific in your cake business - from pricing and enquiries to customer experience, marketing or simply figuring out what to focus on next.

There are lots of practical problems we can troubleshoot together over Zoom, especially if you send me photographs beforehand. If I think what you need would be better taught hands-on, I'll tell you. I don't want you booking a session that isn't the right kind of support for you.
