Consultation & Cake Tasting
Consultations may be conducted in person, over the phone or via email.
At your consultation we will spend approximately one hour discussing themes, colours, cake flavours, pictures, budget and any other forms of inspiration that you have. A maximum of three people may attend and you will have the opportunity to try up to 3 delicious cake samples from our menu.
After your consultation, details of our discussion along with a quote and our business terms will be sent to you in writing to check over before confirming your order.
A small consultation & cake tasting fee of £25 is payable in advance of your appointment which is deducted from your final balance if you choose Beez Cakes. Consultations in person are by appointment only, but should you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation please provide at least 48 hours notice.
We do offer cake sample boxes if you cannot attend a consultation in person. These are sent via Recorded Next Day Delivery and will require signature upon delivery. The cake tasting fee will be applicable for this option should you wish to choose it.

Cake Flavours & Fillings
Our menu is full of much loved classic flavours that we take great pride in producing, using free range eggs, fair trade and quality ingredients. Baking is a passion that we believe should be shared with everyone, and that is why we strive to cater for those with dietary requirements or allergies. Although we offer ‘free from’ cakes, we must stress that all of our delightful products are produced in an environment where nuts and other allergens are used. Whilst every effort is made to cater for your needs, we cannot guarantee these won’t contain trace amounts.

- Carrot Gold – Moist carrot cake filled with a creamy cheese frosting.
- Chocberry – Decadent chocolate sponge filled with rich chocolate ganache and raspberry jam.
- Chocolate Heaven – Rich, chocolate cake crammed with chocolatey buttercream.
- Fruit Cake – Succulent fruits blended together for a smooth, flavoursome sponge.
- Red Velvet – Chocolate flavoured sponge dyed red with smooth cream cheese frosting.
- Salted Caramel – Light brown caramel sponge filled with caramel buttercream and a layer of caramel sauce.
- Vanilla Classic – Vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam sandwiched between layers of light vanilla sponge.
- Zesty Lemon – Light, lemon flavoured sponge layered with a zesty lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

Pricing
All of our cakes are bespoke and special to each couple, so please get in contact by phone, or completing the contact form for a quote specific to your design needs.
Please note that our prices are subject to change without prior notice. All quotations provided expire 30 days after date of issue. To give you some idea of pricing, our two tier cakes start from £300 and feeds approximately 56 people.

Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. However, your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received in which other orders may be taken and confirmed. The remaining 50% of the balance is due 4 weeks before the event. Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. Account details will be made available to you when booking.
Collection & Delivery/ Hire
Delivery is free of charge to any venue within a 10 mile radius of Beez Cakes base. Extra charges apply outside of this, but will be confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery includes liaison with the banqueting team at the venue, set up of the cake and any decoration of fresh flowers. All delivery charges are quoted at the time of order.
All cakes may be collected from Beez Cakes base. Your cake will be prepared and packaged for it’s safe transportation; however we cannot accept liability for any damage to the cake during transportation once it has left my possession. I would therefore recommend using the delivery option.
Cake stands, cupcake and macaron towers are available for hire. Please enquire at the time of order if you would like to add this as an option.
